About GBH Planned Giving
In addition to giving cash and securities that support GBH television, 89.7, and Classical CRB, a growing number of supporters are choosing to make planned gifts that ensure our future.
There are many ways to give a planned gift, and many reasons for giving, whether to television, radio, or both. Some of our donors want to provide support for a particular genre of programming — science, the arts, history, or classical and news radio, for example. Others believe that GBH should have the flexibility to develop projects in response to emerging opportunities. Planned gifts ensure GBH’s ability to continue to create and deliver educational media that serve the American public — programs that are free and accessible to all. Explore the various ways you can help shape the future of GBH below.

We’re grateful for gifts to our endowment in any amount. For those with the desire and means to leave a special legacy, with your gift of $100,000 or more you can:
- Create an endowed fund named after you or in honor or memory of another.
- Choose whether your named fund will support GBH in general or be designated for a specific purpose, such as those listed above.
Donor Advised Funds
During your lifetime, you can recommend a grant from your donor-advised fund to impact the future of public media by educating and inspiring through GBH. Learn more.
Before Making Your Gift
Planned gifts should be considered carefully. We recommend that you consult an attorney, financial advisor, or estate planning expert in preparing your will or trust. GBH does not provide legal or tax advice.
